I’m Camryn,

I am the heart and the hands of BirdieBee. I serve Santa Barbara County (Chumash Territory) as a postpartum chef, childbirth educator and certified full-spectrum doula. Above all else, I am someone who believes that birth and parenthood are timeless, everyday magic. I am from the Central Coast of California and feel so honored to get to practice this sacred work in the area that I was raised.

I support growing families of all backgrounds and identities through pregnancy, birth, postpartum and beyond, with warmth and practical care. I pride myself on being able to provide families with full spectrum support, from preconception well into postpartum. Whether I’m holding space during labor, teaching a childbirth class or prepping a pot of healing stew, I aim to leave you feeling seen, supported and deeply held.

My care is guided by softness and sovereignty. I believe every body has a story, and every story deserves to be met with compassion, curiosity and zero judgment. This is your body, your birth, your postpartum period, your rite of passage. I’m just here to hold the light.
