Two In-Person Prenatal Visits
-We’ll get to know one another, talk through your birth preferences, discuss comfort measures, explore fears or hopes, and prepare your support team. These sessions are tailored to your needs, whether it’s creating a birth plan, practicing labor positions, setting you up with necessary providers or processing previous experiences.Text/Phone Support
-From the moment we begin working together, I’m available for questions, emotional check-ins, and guidance during pregnancy and early labor.Labor & Birth Support
-When labor begins, I’ll join you when you’re ready. Whether that’s at home, birth center, or hospital and I stay with you throughout your labor and birth, offering hands-on comfort, grounding presence, and advocacy. I also support your partner so they can feel confident and connected.One In-Person Postpartum Visit
-We’ll meet again in the first week or two after birth to check in emotionally and physically, debrief your birth story, answer newborn care questions, and support your transition into parenthood.

Postpartum support
Daytime Support: $50 an hour w/ a minimum of 4 hours
Provide emotional support and a nonjudgmental listening ear.
Assist with infant feeding (breast/chest, bottle, or combo) and basic lactation support.
Help with baby care: diapering, soothing, bathing, babywearing guidance.
Prepare nourishing, healing meals and snacks for the birthing parent and family.
Tidy up common areas, do light housekeeping, and manage baby-related laundry
Offer evidence-based information on newborn care, sleep, and postpartum recovery.
Support siblings and help ease family transitions.
Encourage rest and recovery for the birthing parent.
Recommend gentle self-care practices and holistic remedies when desired.
Help establish rhythms and routines that work for your unique household.
Overnight Support: $55 an hour w/ a minimum of 6 hours
Provide quiet, nurturing support through the night so you can rest and recover.
Handle nighttime newborn care: feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing.
Support breastfeeding by bringing baby to you, assisting with latching, and offering guidance as needed.
Offer bottle-feeding or supplementing support so parents can sleep uninterrupted.
Track baby’s sleep, feeding, and diaper patterns if desired.
Tidy bottles, pump parts, and baby laundry so you wake up to a clean, calm space.
Gently check in with you in the morning and share updates from the night.
Create a peaceful, quiet atmosphere to encourage rest for the whole family.
Offer emotional support or a listening ear if you're awake and needing connection.
