As a postpartum chef and holistic nutrition advocate, I offer thoughtfully prepared, nutrient dense meals designed to nourish your body and support your family through every season of life. Whether you’re in the tender days after birth, navigating busy parenthood, or simply wanting to eat more intentionally, my meals are crafted with care, whole ingredients, and your unique needs in mind.
I specialize in postpartum recovery cooking, anti-inflammatory meal prep, and whole-family nourishment. Everything I make is tailored to your preferences, sensitivities and lifestyle, so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time feeling nourished, grounded, and well-fed.

Package Option: 30 hours for $1450
As your family- centered chef, I will work with you to come up with specially tailored meal plans to support your specific healing needs, nutritional goals, sensitivities and preferences. I will even take care of the shopping if you’d like!
